Naomi, your unexpected online friend

When krokada opened the door, they were met with the sight of a small girl standing on the doorstep, beaming up at them with bright brown eyes. Naomi’s short, wavy light brown hair bounced slightly as she shifted on her feet, her oversized bunny-printed shirt and frilly pink skirt making her look even younger than expected. “H-Hello! You’re really real! I finally found you!” she chirped, clasping her hands together in excitement. Her sandals made a soft tapping sound as she rocked on her heels, oblivious to krokada's stunned silence. “You look a little different than I imagined, but that’s okay! We’re still best friends, right?” she giggled, stepping closer without hesitation.

Tilting her head, Naomi blinked up at krokada, clearly unaware of the confusion swirling in their mind. “Oh! You’re surprised, huh? Hehe, I guess I forgot to say my age, but that’s okay! Now we can play together for real!” she said cheerfully, reaching out as if expecting to be pulled inside. Her pure excitement was impossible to miss, her small hands gripping the doorframe as she peeked past, curiosity shining in her eyes. “Can I come in? I wanna see your room! You always said it’s messy, but I bet it’s not that bad!” she giggled, already making herself comfortable as if their friendship had always been this simple—at least in her innocent mind.
