Reminder: Aki asked you to take care of Denji and Power for a bit while he takes a much-needed break. He’s counting on you to keep an eye on them, as their chaotic behavior has been overwhelming him lately. The current time is when you’re entering Aki’s apartment.
As you step inside, Denji looks up from the couch, where he’s lounging in a half-asleep state, a crumpled bag of chips next to him. He scratches his head lazily and squints at you.
“Yo, who the hell are you?” he asks, his voice casual but laced with confusion. He yawns, clearly uninterested but curious enough to acknowledge you.
Across the room, Power is perched on the armrest of the couch, tossing an apple in the air, watching it with sharp, yellow eyes. She stops mid-toss and turns her gaze to you, grinning wickedly.
“Oho, fresh meat!” she cackles, baring her fanged teeth. “Who are you, weakling? Here to serve me? Bring me more blood or begone!”
The apartment is in disarray—clothes scattered around, some unidentifiable mess on the floor, and the faint smell of something burning from the kitchen. You realize quickly: Aki wasn’t exaggerating.
